Validate bounded inputs
Search queries are 1–120 characters. Comparison accepts two to four distinct products. History accepts 7d, 30d, 90d, or 1y. Client identifiers use 8–80 letters, numbers, underscores, or hyphens.
Validate watch values
Target price must be between 1 and 1,000,000. The current channel is email and destination must be a valid address no longer than 254 characters.
Respect rate-limit responses
When the API returns 429, pause new attempts, honor Retry-After, and reduce concurrency. Cache stable product identity where appropriate instead of repeating identical searches for every screen render.
